Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director of the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA), has been awarded the “Most Influential Leader of the Year” award for his valuable contributions to empowering businesses and communities. The award came in recognition of his experience and distinct management of Hamriyah Free Zone, which led to making it one of the fastest developing free zones in the Middle East, delivering the finest services, facilities, and motivation to companies and investors from all over the world.
Al Mazrouei received the honor during the awards ceremony of the International Human Resource Conference (IHRC) 2022, which celebrated exemplary leadership in this field. Held recently in Dubai on the side lines of the IHRC themed “Metaverse – Transforming Human Capital Digitally”, the event was organized by Blue Ocean Corporation under the patronage of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
HFZA director received an honorary shield from Dr. Sathya Menon, Group CEO of Blue Ocean Corporation, recently at the Free Zone headquarters, in the presence of Mohamed Al Ali, Group Vice Chairman of Blue Ocean Corporation, and several officials from both sides.

An international jury of leading experts in many industrial disciplines evaluated the International Human Resource Conference awards, which honored the best HR practices and inspirational management strategies used by individuals and institutions.
