• Metal Care Center signs strategic agreement with NAMCO Industries

The agreement highlights promising opportunities and advantages offered by HFZA to its investors.  

The Hamriyah Free Zone-based Metal Care Center (MCC) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with NAMCO Industries Pvt Ltd, a leader in India’s steel plate manufacturing industry boasting an impressive capacity of 600k metric tons annually, to supply steel plates to the UAE. 

The agreement was inked at MCC’s headquarters by Namit Soni, Managing Director of NAMCO Industries Pvt Ltd, and Directors of Metal Care Center, Shyam Pillai and Patrick Dsouza in the presence of senior officials from both companies. This collaboration marks the beginning of a new dynamic partnership. 

Metal Care Center FZC was established in 2008 with the core intention of offering comprehensive solutions, serving as both a service center and a facilitator for trade financing concerning flat steel requirements. Since its inception, the company has emerged as a prominent importer, stockist, and distributor of flat steel products within the region.  

NAMCO Industries possesses the capability to manufacture steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 10 to 150 mm and widths spanning 850 to 2000 mm adhering to diverse steel grades, conforming to both Indian and International Standards. The company operates a robust 1.2 million tons per annum plate mill complex in the state of Maharashtra, India. 

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between both sides reflects the promising opportunities and advantages offered by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) to its investors, which include state-of-the-art services and competitive benefits tailored for diverse business sectors.
