The Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) has organized an extensive training course for supervisors and managers in restaurants and shops within the free zone. The course, which aligns with HFZA’s commitment to achieving the highest standards of food safety and ensuring public health, aimed to enhance awareness and knowledge of food safety among workers in the food sector.
Presented by a group of experts and specialists, the course highlighted the basic principles of health practices in the food industry, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the best international standards.
The training was also designed to support the free zone’s ongoing efforts to enhance the food security system in the country and protect the public health. HFZA’s Food Park adheres to the highest standards of food safety by providing training, consultations, product testing services in laboratories, and ensuring the application of the highest quality and safety standards in food production, storage, and transportation processes.
